Minal is a Masters in Maths with over 8 years of experience ITConsultancy, Business
Development, Programme and Project Management, Software development and Client relations
management.

Minal has significant exposure to the Education Sector while working for Training
and Development Agency for Schools, under the Dept of Education (DfES), London and
is also a certified PRINCE2( PRojects IN Controlled Environments) practitioner.
Minal is an Innovator with solid analysis, implementation, problem resolution, improvement,
coordination & management skills for software, database, internet, & other
information systems projects. Minal has been leading teams and managing IT Clients
from US, UK, Dubai and Australia and has a very thorough understanding and appreciation
for the gaps to be addressed in terms of outsourcing, if needed to be done to reap
the maximum benefits.
Minal is the CEO of eNIDUS and plays the important role of executing the client
business and taking care of staff responsibilities. |

Hemani Thukral is a senior information security consultant with IBM. She has been
with IBM Australia for now almost 7 years and has worked with a wide range of customers
ranging from major telecommunications, banking, federal government and health.
|
Over years, she has been involved in secure solution design, implementation, testing,
strategy and now primarily focuses on process consulting. In the present era of
globalisation, she now works with customers to develop service based model involving
service frameworks.
Himani plays an important role in taking care of the Australian Operations of eNIDUS
and the office in Tasmania. She has a proven track record of developing and delivering
premier security enabled products and is now working to take eNIDUS to new heights. |

Pankaj belongs to the management team of KPMG, formally a part of KPMG London and
now with KPMG India.
|
Pankaj is a Chartered Accountant and has over 8 years of experience working with
KPMG and has been handling accounts for some of the big names in the IT/ITES Industry
namely Siemens, GE, EXL, HCL, Net Across, Copal Partners and the list goes on. Pankaj
has vast management experience and exposure to working for both Indian and European
clients, hence giving him a wide exposure in terms of handling financial matters.
Pankaj plays an important role on the advisory board and looks after fund management
for eNIDUS.
Pankaj is based in Delhi and is closely involved with the operations of eNIDUS and
he is responsible to make sure the fund position of the company is strong and all
the legal compliances are met. |

Neeraj has completed B. Tech from IIT Delhi and MBA in finance from IIM Bangalore.
He has 10+ years of experience in consulting, reengineering and outsourcing, working
with major consulting firms in the Asia-Pacific region - Accenture, Capgemini and
Ernst & Young.

Neeraj has led the establishment and ongoing management of an outsourcing operations
for a leading Global Financial services client across the Asia-Pacific region -
Australia/ New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and China. In addition, he has
also been involved in developing business cases and designing outsourcing solutions
for the leading companies in the Asia-Pacific region.
He is based in Sydney and is playing an important role in Business Development and
Brand Establishment of eNIDUS in the Asia Pacific region.
