Our Global Delivery Model combines the good points of the onsite and offshore delivery models, hence giving the best of both worlds and hence maximizing the tangible and intangible benefits. This model follows the approach that an onsite team will be placed at the client’s premises, where there could be the roles of project manager, system analyst, DBA, coordinator & programmer to be played depending on the needs to the individual project. The Requirement analysis, High level design and overall planning the system deliverables and schedule will be done onsite with direct interaction with the client. This gives a much better picture to our team about the environmental factors affecting the project and also gives the client a little more comfort level to make sure that our team and their team is on the same node.
Once the designing has been finalized and the project is into the development stage, the offshore team comes into play. The offshore team deals only with the onsite team. The onsite team plays as a mediator or coordinator between the offshore team and the client, to increase efficiency, lesser time wasted in communications and the onsite team is always answerable and available to the client during the entire software development lifecycle. This model allows the client to always keep touch with the project in real time and proves to be very beneficial and effective for medium sized to large projects.
